What data we collect when you order or join the waitlist, why, for how long, and what your rights are.

Who is responsible for your data?

When you place an order

We collect your name, phone number, governorate, city, address and, if you write one, your delivery note. This information is required, except the note: without it, we can neither confirm nor deliver your order. We also record the IP address the order is placed from, to limit fake orders.

This data is used only to confirm your order by phone, deliver it, track it and handle any complaint.

If you give us your email (optional), we send your order updates to it: received, confirmed, printing, shipped and delivered.

When you join the waitlist

We collect your email, the world you choose and, if you give them, your favourite themes and your idea. Only the email is required. It is used only to let you know when new posters arrive in that world, with your express consent (the checkbox on the form). The waitlist is reserved for people aged 18 or older.

You get a confirmation email when you sign up, then an email when new posters arrive in your world. Every email has a link to unsubscribe in one click.

Who receives your data?

  • The Aurify team, to handle your order or request.
  • The delivery company in charge of your parcel, which receives your name, phone number and address, only to deliver it to you.
  • Google (Gmail), which carries the emails we send you (order updates, waitlist).

Your data is neither sold nor rented, and is not used for third-party advertising.

Where is it stored?

The site and its database are hosted by OVHcloud (ovhcloud.com), on a server located in Germany (European Union). The site's administration is password-protected, and exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS).

How long do we keep it?

  • Orders: 3 years after delivery, to follow up complaints and meet our accounting obligations, then they are deleted.
  • Waitlist: until you unsubscribe, and at most 2 years after your last sign-up.

Cookies and storage

There are no customer accounts. Your cart is kept only in your browser (local storage), and a small cookie remembers the language you chose. We use no advertising cookies. To know where our visitors come from (Instagram, Google…), we count page views anonymously: no cookie and no IP address, just a random number kept in the browser tab and erased when it closes. Your browser also remembers, for 30 days, the name of the site that brought you here (for example “instagram”); it is attached to your order if you place one. Page views are deleted after 13 months.

Your rights

Under Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, you can at any time:

  • access your data and get a copy of it;
  • have it corrected, completed or deleted;
  • object to its processing on legitimate grounds;
  • withdraw your consent, for example to leave the waitlist.
