Terms of sale

The rules that apply when you order on aurify.tn: prices, ordering, cash on delivery, delivery, withdrawal and guarantees.

1. Purpose

These general terms of sale apply to every order placed on the aurify.tn website by a consumer for delivery in Tunisia. You can read them at any time from the site footer. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted them. The version that applies is the one online on the day you order.

3. The products

Aurify sells printed decorative posters and wall sets (one picture split across several posters). The format, composition and features of each product are shown on its product page. The images are as faithful as possible, but colours may vary slightly from one screen to another and in print.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars (DT), all taxes included. Delivery fees depend on your governorate: they are shown in the cart and on the checkout page before you confirm. Delivery is free from the amount shown on the site.

Prices are valid as long as they are shown on the site. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order.

5. Ordering

  1. You choose your posters and add them to your cart.
  2. On the checkout page, you enter your name, phone number, governorate, city and address.
  3. Before confirming, you check the summary (posters, quantities, delivery fees, total) and can still change it.
  4. Once confirmed, your order gets a number (AUR-…), shown on screen.
  5. We call you to confirm the order and the delivery address. The sale is concluded at this confirmation; without confirmation, the order is not prepared.

You can follow your order on the Track my order page. On request, we send you a document summarising your order within 10 days.

We may refuse an abnormal order or one placed in bad faith, for example after several parcels were never collected.

6. Payment

Payment is made only in cash, to the courier, when you receive the parcel. No online payment is requested.

7. Delivery

We deliver to all 24 governorates of Tunisia, to the address given in your order. The estimated delivery time is given to you during the confirmation call. Details are on the Delivery page.

If a product you ordered is no longer available, we let you know no later than 24 hours before the planned delivery date, and the order (or the product concerned) is cancelled at no cost to you.

The parcel travels at our risk until you receive it. When it arrives, check the condition of the parcel and let us know quickly if there is a problem (see article 9).

8. Right of withdrawal

Under article 30 of Law No. 2000-83 of 9 August 2000 on electronic exchanges and commerce, you have 10 working days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving a reason:

  • let us know by phone (+216 28 065 313) or by email (aurifytn@gmail.com), giving your order number;
  • then send the posters back in good condition, to the address we give you; the return costs are paid by you;
  • we refund the amount paid within 10 working days of receiving the return.

Unless they are defective, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your personal specifications, such as a personalised poster (article 32 of the same law).

9. Damaged, non-conforming or late products

If a poster arrives damaged, does not match your order or is delivered late, you can return it to us within 10 working days of delivery (article 31 of Law No. 2000-83). You then choose between a replacement and a refund of the amount paid; the return costs are paid by us. To speed things up, send us a photo of the parcel and the poster.

These rights are in addition to the guarantee provided by Law No. 92-117 of 7 December 1992 on consumer protection and by the Code of Obligations and Contracts (hidden defects).

11. Personal data

Your order data is used to confirm, deliver and follow up your order. It is processed in accordance with Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004: see our privacy policy.

12. Intellectual property

Aurify's graphic designs remain its property: buying a poster gives no right of reproduction. The names of works, characters, clubs, brands and artists mentioned are used only to describe the theme of the posters and belong to their owners; Aurify is not affiliated with them or endorsed by them.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms of sale are governed by Tunisian law. In the event of a dispute, we will first look for an amicable solution: contact us. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent Tunisian courts.
