Rock A3 posters in gig-poster style: guitars, vinyl and lightning. Printed in Tunisia, cash on delivery.
Rock has always owned a few walls. Long before social media, a show was announced on a poster slapped up outside the venue, ink bleeding, paper buckling, tape on every corner. Rock posters keep that grain, that night-before-the-gig energy. Here it comes as posters printed in Tunisia.
The gig poster is an art form of its own. In the 1960s, San Francisco's psychedelic posters bent their lettering until it was almost unreadable. Later, screen printing brought its limited colours, slightly off-register layers and visible texture. That is the language of our rock section: cream stock, deep black, blood red, heavy type and photocopy grain.
Album covers did the rest. The prism on Pink Floyd's The Dark Side of the Moon and the lightning bolt in the AC/DC logo became images people recognise without hearing a single note.
Every band has its imagery: Freddie Mercury's flamboyant stagecraft with Queen, the Seattle grunge Nirvana carried into the early 90s, the wiry cool of Arctic Monkeys from Sheffield. Our gig posters also play with imaginary dates in Tunis or Sfax, as if the next big show were happening two streets from your place. It is a small wink, but it makes the poster feel like it belongs here rather than in a London record shop.
Hang a gig poster above your turntable or next to your guitar and the music corner is done. For a proper venue feel, pack several same-size posters into a tight grid, or go all the way with a wall set: nine posters forming one image, 3 cm between each.
Rock loves raw materials. Brick, dark wood, metal and a filament bulb all echo the texture of the prints. On a white Tunisian wall, a cream-and-red poster feels warm and slightly retro; on a dark wall, a black version glows like an amp left on.
And if you play yourself, hang the poster at eye level from your stool: it becomes your imaginary stage for every rehearsal. Pair it with a pedalboard on the floor and a couple of records leaning against the wall, and the corner sounds right even before you plug in.
You set the volume. We deliver to all 24 governorates, and you only pay when your order arrives.
