About this poster

"I'm gonna make you, I'm gonna break you": the Psycho chorus in stencil letters under the real Drones cover, styled like a military propaganda poster.

"Psycho" is the third track on Drones, Muse's seventh studio album, released on 5 June 2015 on Warner Bros. and Helium-3. Written by Matt Bellamy and produced by Robert John "Mutt" Lange with the band, the song came out on 12 March 2015 as the first taste of the album. Its main riff had been played live since a Paris show in November 1999, and waited more than fifteen years for a song of its own. Drones went to number 1 in the UK and the US, and won the Grammy for Best Rock Album.

The poster keeps the album's real cover, painted by Matt Mahurin: a giant hand steers a man through a red joystick planted in his collar, and that man in turn steers the figures marching on the screen. Above it, PSYCHO in big red stencil letters. Below, the chorus: "I'm gonna make you / I'm gonna break you / I'm gonna make you / A f*cking psycho", the last line in red. At the bottom, another line from the song: "Your ass belongs to me now".

The drill sergeant, on your wall

Deep black, bright red and military type: it holds its own on a pale wall, in a bedroom, a study or a music corner. 4K-printed on a PVC board about 1 cm thick, it hangs without a frame.

Drones cover art: Matt Mahurin.
