About this poster
The chorus of "يومين وليلة", هاي أحلى عيون شافتني, under a night sky full of soft lights, with a جدل vinyl record, lilies and chrome stars.
"يومين وليلة" (Yumain O Leila, "two days and a night") is one of the standout songs on JadaL's 2016 album Malyoun. It's a song about eyes you can't forget, and the chorus says it all: هاي أحلى عيون شافتني، هزّت السكون في قلبي, "the most beautiful eyes that ever saw me, they shook the stillness in my heart".
The poster sets that chorus against a deep blue night sky, scattered with soft out-of-focus lights like stage lamps seen through tears. At the bottom a black vinyl record rises from the edge, the جدل logo on its red label. Two lilies, one red and one pink, rest on it like stickers, and chrome stars shine in the sky.
A romantic poster for a bedroom
Midnight blue, cream and pink: a soft mood, perfect for a bedroom or a reading corner. It's also an obvious gift for someone who knows the song by heart.
The same song has a second poster: Even the Flaws. Every poster of the band is on the JadaL page.
Words and music: Mahmoud Radaideh. Printed in Tunisia, paid on delivery.
