About this poster

G.O.A.T. stands for Greatest Of All Time, and since a goat is also, well, a goat, Messi's fans turned the animal into his emblem. This poster takes the joke literally: Messi from behind, his hand resting on the head of a black goat, a ball at their feet.
The scene is cut out and repeated four times, like Warhol's screen-printed portraits. Each panel gets its own colours: pink background and yellow shirt, yellow background and red trousers, sky-blue background and pink stripes, orange background and green shirt. The colours are laid flat, with a comic-book dot screen and black outlines with hard drop shadows. Above it all, the title G.O.A.T. in extra-bold letters.
A poster that wakes up a wall
