About Linkin Park

Linkin Park posters: Hybrid Theory's red winged soldier on grey paper, the Meteora graffiti and the LP logo. Raw, melancholic 2000s nu metal.

For a whole generation, Linkin Park was the soundtrack of school years: "In the End", "Numb", headphones on, volume up. Formed in 1996 in Agoura Hills, California, the band fused rap, metal and electronics with rare ease. A Linkin Park poster brings all of that feeling back onto your wall.

The winged soldier and the graffiti spirit

The cover of Hybrid Theory (2000) became an emblem: a soldier with dragonfly wings, rendered like a dripping street-art stencil. Mike Shinoda, who had worked as a graphic designer before music took over, drew it himself. As Chester Bennington explained it, the weary soldier and the fragile wings stood for the band's mix of hard and soft sounds. Joe Hahn, the band's DJ and also a visual artist, shaped much of its imagery and directed many of its music videos.

That visual DNA of graffiti, constructivism and stencils carried on: the 2003 Meteora cover shows Dutch graffiti artist Delta at work, spray can in hand and respirator on. After Chester Bennington's death in 2017, Linkin Park returned in 2024 with the album From Zero, singer Emily Armstrong and drummer Colin Brittain. The title nods to Xero, the band's very first name.

Nu metal wall art with a street feel

The Linkin Park look loves concrete grey, off-white or brick walls with touches of red and black. A winged-soldier print above a desk or gaming setup instantly creates an urban mood. Add a dark rug and an industrial lamp, and your room starts to feel like a street-art studio.

For a nu metal wall, combine it with System of a Down or Slipknot, then dive into the metal category.

For everyone who grew up with those choruses: delivery across Tunisia, payment on arrival.
