About Porsche

Porsche posters: 911s in Gulf sky-blue and orange, Martini stripes, Le Mans 917s and Carrera silhouettes against mountain roads. The flat-six legend, framed.

A roofline that slopes gently to the tail, two round headlamps, the engine hanging out the back: the Porsche 911 is one of the few cars you can recognise from its shadow alone. It was unveiled at the 1963 Frankfurt show as the 901 and renamed at launch, because Peugeot held the rights to three-digit names with a zero in the middle. A Porsche poster is really a portrait of that shape.

Porsche 911 wall art: form first

Porsche's graphic strength is consistency. Generation after generation, the 911 keeps the same profile, which is exactly why it works so well as a minimalist print: one curve, a flat block of colour, done. Add the Stuttgart crest with its horse and antlers and the picture is complete.

On track, the brand has its own legends. The 917 gave Porsche its first overall win at the Le Mans 24 Hours in 1970. The Gulf version in powder blue and orange became one of the most imitated liveries in the world, alongside the navy, light blue and red stripes of Martini Racing.

Ideas for your wall

The 911 loves quiet walls: beige, sage green, pale grey. In a home office it adds an elegant, almost architectural touch. For a race-day mood, pair it with something from our motorsport collection, where liveries and numbers take centre stage. For a German stand-off, add a BMW M.

Wall sets, one image split over several posters with 3 cm gaps, are perfect for a 911 in profile running the width of a sofa.

There is no substitute for a 911, but the right print comes close, and it is delivered anywhere in Tunisia.
