Espérance's crest on black and gold, with 34 league titles, 17 Tunisian Cups and 4 CAF Champions Leagues in large gold numbers, and the motto Sang et Or, blood and gold.
Espérance Sportive de Tunis was founded on 15 January 1919 in a café in Bab Souika, the Café de l'Espérance, which gave the club its name. Its colours earned it the nickname “Sang et Or”, blood and gold, الدم والذهب in Arabic; it is also called شيخ الأندية التونسية, roughly “the elder of Tunisian clubs”.
Its honours, as of 9 October 2026: 34 Tunisian league titles, a record, the latest in 2024–25; 17 Tunisian Cups, also a record, the latest in 2025–26; and 4 CAF Champions League titles, in 1994, 2011, 2018 and 2019.
The poster is laid out like an honours board. At the top, the club crest framed by gold stars. Below, the name in large gold capitals, then شيخ الأندية التونسية in white. Three big gold numbers, 34, 17 and 4, each with its title underneath. Then “Champions d'Afrique 1994 · 2011 · 2018 · 2019”, the founding line in italics, and finally SANG ET OR with الدم والذهب. Red and yellow stripes close the top and bottom, and a thin gold rule runs all around. The poster text is in French and Arabic.
The near-black background and the golds make a quiet, classy poster that fits a living room, an office or a bedroom, on a light or dark wall. The PVC board, about 1 cm thick and 4K-printed, hangs without a frame.
