About this poster
The matte blue M4 Competition Convertible dead-on from the front, top down, with its big kidney grille and a "The M4 · Born in M Town" plate, under a big white M4 on a black band.
The M4 Convertible, model code G83, was introduced in May 2021. It is only offered as a Competition with M xDrive all-wheel drive, and it gets the S58, a 3.0-litre twin-turbo straight-six: 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 s. Its folding soft top opens or closes in 18 seconds, even on the move at up to 50 km/h.
The photo was taken at BMW Welt in Munich on 27 June 2021. This is the convertible, not the coupé: the car faces you dead-on, in matte blue with the top folded away, and the bucket seats show behind the windscreen. In the middle, the big kidney grille and a show plate reading "The M4 · Born in M Town". Across the top, a black band with a huge white M4 and "Competition / Convertible"; at the bottom, over the dark floor, four numbers: 3.6 s, 18 s, 50 km/h and S58.
Blue out of the dark
The matte blue jumps off the dark background: it makes an impression in a bedroom, a gaming corner or an office, especially on a pale wall. It is 4K-printed on a PVC board about 1 cm thick and goes up without a frame.
